For the Allies

Every daughter deserves someone standing beside her.
Fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, pastors, mentors, friends: you have a role in this movement. That role begins with listening.
Being an ally means seeing women as equals, not as people who need to be managed, guided, or protected from their own calling. It means doing honest work within yourself. It means recognizing that silence, comfort, and unchallenged bias can strengthen the very systems that hold women and girls back.
To the fathers: Being a great "girl dad" means more than loving your daughters. It means telling them they belong at the table. Creating room for them to lead. Speaking up when others stay silent. Teaching your sons what it means to honor women as their equals and fellow image-bearers of God.

Here is what standing beside her looks like...
-
Treat women as equal image-bearers of God. Allyship is a partnership, not a rescue endeavor.
-
Examine yourself, your family, and your surrounding networks. Some of the barriers that women face were built and reinforced by well-meaning men and women who never questioned the systems they grew up in.
-
Believe in the Lord's abundance. God's Kingdom has room at the table for diverse people. Women's empowerment is the plan, not the problem and "her" rising does not require your downfall.
-
Speak up when you see the skills, gifts, calling, achievements, and leadership of women being dismissed, overlooked, or blocked. Your silence strengthens those barriers.
-
Prioritize listening with care and compassion. Amplify the voices of women rather than speaking for them. Teach God's sons that her calling is just as sacred as theirs.
Always remember, affirming women does not diminish you. It adds to our collective strength. This movement grows one ally at a time.
Live it. Wear It. Share It.
